Poem FREEDOM IS EMOTION REVEALED

Be not ashamed of the descending tear
Whether you are 36 or 3
It doth cleanseth your heart clear
And from bondage be free

Permit yourself to sense anger so real
Just ler yourself not lose control
With your heart begin to heal
Then perhaps forgiveness your spirit hold

From fear we must not hide our face
Cofront it with confidence strong
Some of the uneasiness may erase
Experiencing a new place to belong

Love is a most glorious thing
It can create a sense of peace
Soaring as a bird on eagles wings
ACCEPTANCE WITHIN IS HAPPINESS RELEASED
